What are the akashic records?

The term "Akashic" has its roots in the Sanskrit word "Akasha," which means "ether," "sky," or "atmosphere." Thus, it’s often said that the Akashic Records exist in the ether—on the non-physical plane of existence, also known as the mental plane.

The Akashic Records can be likened to an energetic log, a Google search for your soul. They contain records of everything that has ever existed or taken place, including human lifetimes as well as all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intentions from the past, present, or future. Essentially, it’s a compendium of knowledge about all life forms and entities.

When you access your own records or those of another person, you connect with that individual’s soul. It is a sacred space—deeply personal, private, and encompassing all lifetimes of a particular soul. The records serve as a documentation of each soul’s journey through the infinite.

There is much potential within the Akashic Records, even beyond what we might consciously understand. Historical accounts show that people not only receive guidance but also experience profound healing through these records. They allow us to bypass the typical workings of the mind and body, facilitating significant shifts in consciousness and health. The Akashic Records provide direct access to the unconscious mind, where many of our behaviors, beliefs, and feelings are stored.
